  39. Before proceeding, make sure that you have Microsoft Windows 
  40. correctly installed.  Next create a directory called SOUNDOFF 
  41. and copy the CD Soundoff software (SOUNDOFF.EXE) into this 
  42. directory.  CD SoundOff is ready to be started.  Simply start 
  43. CD SoundOff from the RUN... menu selection of the Windows Program 
  44. Manager or add it to a Program Manager group by following the 
  45. directions for creating a group item in the Windows 3.1 User's 
  46. Guide.

  51. CD SoundOff is provided as is with the C source code.  This 
  52. software was developed using the Microsoft Windows 3.1 SDK 
  53. and Microsoft C 7.0.  Feel free to add your own enhancements

  55. up with all of the new and exciting CD bells and whistles.
